Deck isn't legal. One of your cards has a "Snow Mana" in it's identity that isn't shared with your commander.

Thought I'd point that out before you played with this deck : /

Snow is not a colored mana symbol, nor will any other alignment based mana symbol be. The rule is there to put limits on the amount of colors you can run, not basic land subtypes. Phyrexian mana is colored, so it obeys the rules of normal colored mana.

From the Comprehensive Rules:

205.4e Any permanent with the supertype “snow” is a snow permanent. Any permanent that doesn’t have this supertype is a nonsnow permanent, regardless of its name.
Snow mana The snow mana symbol Manas.gif represents a cost that can be paid with one mana produced by a snow permanent. This is a generic mana cost that can be paid with any color or, or colorless, mana. Effects that reduce the amount of generic mana you pay don’t affect Manas.gif costs.
