As much as I would like to see this deck work, with no early game, control is going to eat you alive. If you don't get a turn 2 Hearyless, what are you going to do?

Why Rune Scarred Demon? There are better 7 drops I would think. I suppose he would help to pull out your Heartless Summoning? I don't really understand.
Looks like it would be fun In a multi player game since you wouldn't have to worry so much about early game
Clearly, without a second turn heartless, many people would muligan. With the mana cost down, runescar demon acts as an end game combo. Cast one tutor another or a metamorph, and continue for a field of demons. I find a deck like this less fun in casual for the reason that if it working well, its hard to stop it. I would suggest dropping the blood hall and adding sulfur falls, or something with blue. Stops you from paying life, and if the other half is red, you can sink that mana into inferno.

Yeah i can see the adding blue for the mana cost. Haha so much worry about control they can only have so much control it's not like it's lock down. But yeah i guess it could screw me but with the spell package nothing stays on their field for long.
I switched this up to a jund build mainly after I learned i had no way to deal with Enchantments
