You're mana base is confusing... why run fetch lands that can only look for plains (considering you're not running any forests or islands)? You might as well just trade out the fetch lands for two plains, or better yet, battlefield forges. Given that it's a dual colored deck that curves at CMC 4, I would think you should be running closer to 22 lands minimum.I'm surprised you didn't add Seeker of the Way - that creature was made for this type of deck. Monastery Mentor and Soulfire Grand Master would also be excellent, but they're a bit more expensive if you're looking for a budget build.

I think this deck should be called, "whip it out"... just seems like a more accurate name for so many reasons.
Haha, bring it!
This deck sucks... and you're a brain maggot!
Haha, bring it on!
I will crush you and your Gruul aggro deck. Hint: I will crush you.
PS - Your opponent casts doom blade on your Prophet of Kruphix. In response, you cast Master Biomancer (cause all your creatures have flash) and then you flash in Boon Satyr to enchant it. Then you cast Rapid Hybridization on the Prophet of Kruphix (all of this done in response to the doom blade... takes 10 open mana, but you can afford it) and your token comes in as a 9/9 creature. I want to watch this happen in a game.
Take out two Sylvan Caryatids instead of two Voyaging Satyrs. The Sylvan Caryatids can't attack!
It's White / Black - I'm just playing with the words :)
I like the Boon Satyr / Master Biomancer combo. Maybe you should add Mutavaults as well, since Master Biomancer makes everything a mutant. Mutavaults are pricy, though.
Also, consider Ætherize instead of Cyclonic Rift
It looks like there's an awful lot of ramp and really only a few cards that benefit from it. EDIT: I think you should consider deleting the Sylvan Caryatids and adding maybe another Boon Satyr, or some more card draw or combat tricks.
Haha, I like that. I don't own any, but I might have to go get some.
Hmm... maybe. I honestly don't know how much I like Lord of the Void. This is my first deck running it. It's a very expensive finisher with an ability that I don't think matters in most cases if you're punching for 7 damage. I put it in because I needed a finisher with a lot of black in its mana cost, but I only own one and would have to trade for or buy another. Hythonia can clear the board - not that I would hope to pull that trigger in most cases, but it's nice to have that option.
What would you put in its place? I need devotion to black as a win con.
Vampire Nighthawk isn't in standard and doesn't really fit the control strategy of the deck.
I'd rather use Blind Obedience because of the synergy with Ethereal Armor, plus its extort mechanic is an amazing combo with Archangel of Thune in play.
Having some sort of sac engine, like Cartel Aristocrat, would synergize well with the Blood Artist.
No Bloodthrone Vampires? Edit: And no Tragic Slips?
Consider running High Priest of Penance x 4. It doesn't have extort, but it's a great way to add more control to the battlefield (plus, you've got more than enough stuff with extort).
