It's a grixis storm list that revolves around cantripping and ritualing for storm count. I could include way more tutor effect, but that makes it less fun for me. I chose the commander because the effect does something without being to broken or annoying. I included a couple of planeswalkers that I think will achieve a desired effect, but after testing I might remove them.
The goal is to cantrip/ritual to high stormcounts. Generate mana with artifacts, rituals, mind over matter, turnabout and finish them of with a wincon. Some wincons need to be played ahead of time like young pyromancer and guttersnipe.
