How to Play

Zombies are a great tribe!
In the Aristocrat format, this deck still manages to cram in 7 zombie-boosting creatures. They are: Death Baron (1), Diregraf Captain (3), and Undead Warchief (3) (Thank you KoHP).

There is recursion with Ghoulcaller's Chant. As a bonus, Nameless inversion (your spot removal card) can be retrieved from the graveyard by both the Ghoulraiser and the Ghoulcaller's Chant.

Duress is just mean and its inclusion has been the subject of hot (yet admittedly mostly internal) debate. Ultimately, I chose it because its a good turn one option and brought me up to 9 good 1st turn options (4 Festering Goblins, 2 Infiltration Lens, 3 Duress).

Bring the zombies fast and furious. Hold the Ghoulraiser until needed. Use Ghoulcaller's Chant to bring Nameless Inversion back and Ghoulraiser (or a zombie pump). Game it to maximize the card draw with the equipment. Infiltration Lens is good on either a leveled Null Champ or later game Wight. Mask is better on Highborn Ghoul...or anyone. Point is to get the card draw. With that and recursion, opponent will be dust in the wind. The deck is mana cheap and keeps moving...enjoy!

Excelsior!

This deck is excellent. A premier midrange deck that punishes both weenie/token aggro and ramp, while adding a small amount of control for good measure. This deck is amazing, but I feel that you can build on this foundation even more.

As you said, you have 7 cards that pump zombie creatures; Death Baron (1), Diregraf Captain (3), and Undead Warchief (3). You might want to list these cards in your description.

In addition, you have a large amount of cards (7, to be precise) that allow you to return zombies to your hand. Ghoulcaller's Chant (4) and Ghoulraiser (3).

Put these together, and you can ensure that your creature pump stays on the field. I might suggest adding stuff like Zombie Infestation, Liliana's Reaver, and Grave Titan ... but I just don't feel that this is where the heart and soul of this deck lie. While control, control, control, Grave Titan is very powerful, it's nothing we haven't seen before.

The way I see it, all that creature pump and regeneration ensures that ramp or aggro will have a tough time trading with you. And it will ensure that any opponent will have very few creatures to block you with. How do you take advantage of this opening? You have already answered it!

You hit them in the face with nasty effects! What I truly love about your deck is the focus on unblockable shenanigans with Mask of Riddles, Infiltration Lense, Wight of Precinct Six, and Highborn Ghoul. Oh, and half your creatures have access to some form of deathtouch. That really leaves your opponent's face wide open, and is an amazing counter to decks with massive creatures. But I digress.

If you really want to expand on this aspect of you deck (which I think is one of it's strongest assets), you should really consider adding some cipher spells, which will give you a large advantage ... and have a beautiful synergy with the deathtouch and regeneration mechanics.

Here is a list of cipher spells. If you plan on going this route, adding a few more creatures like highborn ghoul is highly recommended.

Some constructive criticism on what to cut ... Wight of Precinct Six is going to be bloated beyond belief by all the deathtouch you are throwing around. Therefore, just don't worry about induced paranoia. Instead, focus on some discard ... like distress. Also, this has the added bonus of lowering your mana curve (7 4-CMC spells are difficult to muster at only 20 lands).

First, let me say thank you for the in-depth analysis! Man, that is rewarding and helpful! So, I bestow Rep +1 to you.
Ok, to business... I checked out the cypher options. A couple appealed to me as low cost alternatives. Because this is Aristocrat format, the deck can only utilize commons in the Induce Paranoia slots

Here is what I found in no particular order:

Paranoid Delusions: Blue, Black (2). Decking opponent is not the goal, though this would preserve the combo with Wight of Precinct 6. Its cheaper too, and mana friendly (no two blue).

Last Thoughts: 3Colorless, Blue (4). Essentially a cantrip for 4 mana, which will then duplicate what the Mask of Riddles does. So nothing new, but drawing cards is like Christmas, and who doesn't want more of that? 1 Blue instead of 2 is easier on the manabase too. No discard/decking with that, so Wight goes hungry a little though deathtouch is still a reliable source of protein for the dumpster-diving Wight of Precinct 6.

Hidden Strings: 1Colorless, Blue (2). Good for the manacurve. Subtle, yet with variety of options. Tapping opponents stuff is quite a bit less useful since it triggers AFTER combat. I've already had combat and its regrettable that it triggers on my turn, rather than say, during his upkeep.
It would be useful for untapping my lands, especially Dimir Aqueducts....hmm...

Hands of Binding: 1Colorless, Blue (2).Also good for mana-curve. In an arms race, this ties one behind opponent's back, though I wonder if its worth it. I can't be doing too badly if I'm hitting opponent. Still, its cheap, and also messes with creature tap effects.

Shadow Slice: 4Colorless, Black (5). Bad on manacurve. +3 damage is good, but not loving 5 mana.

Midnight Recovery: 3Colorless, Black (4). Duplicates what I'm doing already, recursion-wise. Do I need more? It is an easier to cast 4 mana than Induce Paranoia, but the net gain seems trivial.

So my faves for this are: Hidden Strings and Paranoid Delusions. What do you think?

Or either Distress or Duress? Similar names...similar effects. Distress includes creatures as option for discard at the cost of a 2nd black mana. Is it worth it? Mayhaps.

3 slots with what to fill them?

I chose Distress for now, since it could potentially feed the Wight. The option is still open though.

Thanks again for your insight! Please weigh in with any thoughts!
And send a link for a deck so I can return the favor.

Hidden Strings is a nice card. Indeed.

Thank you for your amazing response. II love the deck (though admittedly, I am a hardcore white player).

Duress looks amazing here. Without removal, your opponent can't get rid of your creature pumpers

Hidden Strings seems more powerful than hands of binding, especially considering how many of your creatures have deathtouch. Unless you run up against a knight exemplar or frontline medic, you should have no issues winning an arms race.

Good deal! I should make a white Aristocrat deck! Hmm... Boros has been done...

Thanks again for helping me fine tune. I think we have done a good job with this one. Mana is a bit tricky though.
