Main Deck (60 cards)

Sideboard (44 cards)

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Deck Description

American Burn!
The sideboard is my list of hopefuls and maybes and probably nots. Mostly its remnants of control elements.

Please comment! I could use feedback.

How to Play

Hit your opponent in the face....repeatedly.

Do most casting on opponent's turn, especially Electrolyze, so if you happen to draw Thunderous Wrath you can Miracle cast it.

Once you have 2 red, 1 white and 1 blue mana you can cast anything in the deck.
Make sure you crack search lands right away if opponent plays Blood Moon.
Otherwise leave one uncracked for Searing Blaze.

Swerve is a great chaos card and can turn a whole game around. Use to great effect.

The "3 of" creatures are deterrents; either from attacking you, playing creatures, or casting spells.

Grim and Snapcaster are there to coax mileage out of the graveyard.

That's about it.

Excelsior!

Interesting... ...I think you should make a USA control deck rather as best you could, cuz this burn thing is not gonna' be as competative... ...though I could be wrong... ...if you run burn, then play Tamiyo, cuz her ultimate makes you able to do infinite damage with your burn spells!......

...if you have the time, would you check out my Modern Azorius control?

...also, I do have a USA control deck at top decks if you're interested for other ideas that're not totally burn themed... ...there is another deck of mine at top decks right above the USA one...

sure! I see a bunch of usa control popping up. Thought I might try for burn. Though the card cost is ridiculous to actually put together.

Control would be more natural since blue and white roll that way.

The damage output of electrolyze kind of stinks. need the card draw though
