The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Spanish Inquisition is what I honestly believe to be the hardest deck in Legacy (with the exception of possibly Doomsday based decks). The main goal is to cast a bunch of mana creating spells and then cast Tendril's of Agony with a storm count of at least 9, or to activate Goblin Charbelcher with at least one land taken out of the deck through either Land Grant or Summoner's Pact. Thinking of something that can replace the second Slithermuse. Past in Flames maybe? Haven't been able to test it yet. This deck currently has a ~60% turn one win rate, pushing 65%.

Whats the trow and witness for?

Trow is culling fodder, and also allows me to pact for a black creature for Chrome Mox. Witness is an extremely situational card, but with pact+LED lets me get a card back from my grave. This is typically done late in the chain when I have tons of mana floating and I normally end up getting the Slithermuse back.
I would swap out the 2nd slithermuse for a zero mana creature of some description (not an arbor) for summoner's pact and culling the weak if you have already played your bayou, an unlikely combination but even so it gives you an extra card to pact into and if you go for a kobold it can also be used for chrome mox which increases your chance of having the mana necessary to combo off.
