heh. HA. Ninjutsu doesn't target. That's some funny shit. I thought you made a serious mistake with the bear, instead you're just clever. Now obviously snapcaster mage would be like 100 times better than archeomancer, but you did say budget.

I built the Woo list for a local Modern tourney, its pretty "meh" in my opinion. it doesnt take much to overpower it. he should have left BearDelverNinja in Pauper, where it belongs. (to be fair, there is no bear in the pauper list....its Faeries...)
Woo's version has Cryptic and Snapcaster in. Have you tried that combo out? What were you playing againts that was overpowering it? You should have been completely or almost completely controlling the board.
without the cards that make it non-budget (cryptic and snapcaster) it becomes much weaker and so restricted to casual
