I know its way too many cards. need help narrowing it down though.

Ok First I would take out all of the Wall of Glare, Haerthcage Giant, Wall of Essence, Avian Changeling, Death-Mask Duplicate, Congregate, Lairwatch Giant, and all the Urza lands.

Check out my Forced Destruction deck and see if it needs anything.

go to 2 intimidator taeke out all creatures that arent giants (including changelings, have 2-3 of every giant over 5 mana it depend 2or3 on how much u want they in play that turn

Have the walls in there to have protection from creatures before my higher cost giants can come into play. And i understand your point about the death mask duplicant gonna move them to another deck because no one in this deck really has any applicable abilities.But both are good suggestions going to make the changes definitely.

Yeah, keep the Urza lands for decks that don't require color mana and for when you can put 4 of each. The odds of actually drawing an Urza tron are close to nothing when you have 2 of each, especially in a high card deck. It defeats the point.
But Urza lands are amazing!
