Deck Description

This is meant to be T2. Only comment on problems that deal with that format please.

A new Mill deck Utilizing the myr as good mana acceleration. Use traumatize, hedron crab, and archive trap to rid a large portion of their deck, then use haunting echoes or keening stone to finish them. Liliana can help alongside diabolic tutor if you are not getting the cards you need. Though that shouldn't be a problem. Leyline can replace haunting echoes as your exile source if the opponent runs eldrazi. The spellbombs are there for draw support if needed.

Having a miniscule amount of experience with mill decks (I don't even have one, I just got smoked by my buddy's though.) it seems as if you are extremely vulnerable. The only creatures you have only have two toughness and I would imagine you just take whatever damage comes your way since the ability they have to make an opponent discard is obviously integral to this pure mill deck. Sooo... my question is, how does it play? Can you consistently get the mana and the cards that are needed to mill someone to death before they trample all over you? One of my decks that I have sinced recycled was a mono green, big beast deck. I had it set so I could generate mana reedonculously fast and then get the big creatures out and buffed and just run people over. So again, since I assume you have played this deck, how consistent is it? Just curious really. I would like to show my friend what it is like to be milled and so I am considering creating a deck. You've got some good stuff going in there...

Ya, Im still working on the defences, Im not sure if I want to focus on spell or creature defense yet. Still working that out, though this deck does consistently cripple an opponents deck by turn, 4 or 5. I may add the black multikicker creature, so it can be played at any time, and have the defensive abilities comparable to the creatures an opponent would have at any given time.
