The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Obliterating Tracker is obviously inspired by Nic Fit archetype. This deck can be described as aggressive control deck with elements of combo decks. The obvious mini-combo here is Phyrexian Obliterator+Ulvenwald Tracker. If opponets deck relies on creatures, getting this combination into motion should mean game over. Deck's control elements consist of dicard spells, spot removal and board sweepers. Eternal Witness provides a useful service in case you need to sweep opponents board again or destroy that annoying equipement. Deathrite Shaman can obviously win games on his own, but he's here to accelerate your mana aswell. Veteran Explorer also helps you get healthy amount of lands so you can play that Obliterator as fast as you can, but he's also a perfect target for Cabal Therapy's flashback cost. Dark Confidant will provide you with new cards, while Liliana can get rid of opponents creatures, cards in hands or even other permanents on his table, if you can reach her ultimate.Gitaxian Probe is also very useful. It connects awesomely with Cabal Therapy, let's you see opponents hand and prepares you to play cautiously - all that while it provides an additional card aswell.

Thank you for your kind comment! In case you have any recommendations, feel free to post them. I'm still testing this deck and I guess it still needs some tweaking. I've added Green Sun's Zenith and I still need to figure out what are the best cards to be put into sideboard.
