The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Teach her everything. However, you should start from the very beginning then climb up. Dont give her this deck to start. You can show her all 5 colors and the general idea of what its about. Very creature heavy decks with minimal extremely interesting. Basically dont add counterspells, artifacts, and enchantments.
If she want's to start playing magic first explain the strengths and weaknesses of the 5 colors to her and let her choose one that fits her the most. Then start building a deck with that color but keep it simple. Not more than 3-5 different ability's, some easy to understand creatures, sorcerys and instants. Also build a similar deck for yourself, if she can't decide between two colors build a deck for both of them and play the one that she isn't using yourself. After she has understood the basics (mana, turn structure, when can I do what, and so on) you can slowly start to make the decks more interesting (and thus (often) more difficult): Adding artifacts or enchantments, adding a second color, and so on.GreetingsMuktol
Sounds about right. When I taught ppl how to play I explained the 5 colors then the 2 color combinations and did all the stuff you did from there.Except here in Slovakia it's pretty hard to make people understand everything.
