I would love to put in hexmage however its going out in october. I'm sticking with cards that will be still standard after next year.

This is my try at a white battle cry.
I avoided using cards that are about to go out of rotation, so Journey to nowhere is the only zendikar block card in there (only cause its good)
This is also a budget deck I built for around 30 dollars.

untamed might doesn't have a great mana to bonus ratio. It's 4 mana for +3/+3 whereas you get that for 1 mana with giant growth.

the infect i built doesn't have proliferate. its more creature based with buffs to win. built for under $25

Why staggershock? 3 mana cost for 4 damage isnt exactly fantastic. Since you aren't running any kiln fiends or chandra's spitfires i suggest more mana efficient spells like forked bolt or even a galvanic blast.

If you have blue then definately put in distortion strike. having an unblockable infect creatures with a rebound too can make for a fast infect win.

Act of treason is out of place, sure taking their creature then flinging it at them is an alright combo, but i'd take them out and replace them with chandra's spitfire

You should have mutiple copies of your cards rather than 1 of each. Otherwise you will never draw any cards you want.

Why use lotus petal? black lotus is much better unless you are actually trying to build this deck.

as said, it should be cut to 60 cards, having 1 of each counter makes it hard to draw the ones you need at the time you need them. this just looks like a pile of cards which are good put into one deck, it has no focus and has no aim.

This deck is standard. Sun droplet is alright but Ajani's mantra is better in my opinion and sun droplet is also too old.

Passive abilities are better than the mana cost ones. check out my sliver deck. i did the same and bought the foil pre-con but i changed quite a bit http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=85642

That only works if you plan on not playing a land every turn. Since i highly doubt you will run out of lands to play before the end of the game.

Instead of deprive, get counterspell. same cost and effect, but without returning a land to your hand.

Alot of the slivers listed here are rares and the sliver gods (Sliver legion, sliver queen and sliver overlord) are mythic rares. if you buy them individually then it costs a heap of cash. You should start with the basic sliver. Muscle and Sinew slivers for buffs. Gemhide for its mana ability. I reccomend a shifting sliver (uncommon) so that non sliver using opponents cant block your slivers while synchronous sliver gives all sliver vigilence. if not, two headed sliver and toxin sliver are also a good combo. If you wish you could start off with a sliver pre-con ($39.99 AUD) and build up from there. alot of this deck is based on slivers that came with the pre-con because of their abilities like wild pair. What i did was bought the pre-con and started buying singles and switch stuff in and out. There are many ways to build a sliver deck, an easy way is to build up with muscle, sinew and might slivers and just simply overrun and overpower your opponent. other decks can be cheap mana cost and a faster build up. Say a heart sliver and muscles for a faster game. For this type of deck, talon sliver is a must since your slivers won't be as powerful and first strike will give an instant advantage. Check out the type of sliver deck you want to build then see which cards would complement it on the Magic Gatherer.

I don't understand the point of having shadow sliver. sure, it makes your creatures unblockable to other creatures that don't have shadow, but it also means that you can't block any creatures without shadow. if you played this card, you would be very vulnerable especially agaisnt other tribal decks, considering the use of coat of arms.
