okay so you want to get diregraft captain and grimgrin and gravecrawler out and what you do is you sac gravecrawler to get grim-grin +1 and untapped diregraf captain will give ervyone +1 and so you can get Grim-grin up to a 10/10 before he dies if that is not available move to populating the field with zombies

I would put some Geralf's messenger in the deck so you can sacrifice it but then it comes back with a plus one counter on it. Maybe Geralf's mindcrusher some butcher ghouls that way you get better blocker/attackers and stronger grimgrin

Also this site is made for imagination and lovee, also fantasy put in four 12$ shocklands who cares its to make the deck better. Pop in jace architect of thought. Seriously tho just have fun making amazing decks.
No this isnt clomts its similar but it is different in my way
maybe put a cauldron of souls so those undying creatures would come back with +0/+0 so you could keep sacking em and just wreak havok with the grimgrin
