The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
Budget speed cycle deck that should win on turn 3 to 6. Pull out fluctuator and spam cycle your deck till you get out Laboratory maniac then spam again to mill out your cards for a win Miscalculation and Unearth are mainly used to protect Laboratory Maniac and the creatures overall have protection from every color except green to give some stalling capabilities if you need a few turns to draw the right cards. Gitaxian Probe is around to check what threats your opponent is carrying so you can plan accordingly. Destroy creature spells can be dealt with by holding onto an unearth or miscalculation and all other threats are dealt with by miscalculation. Gilded Light is there to protect against fast or heavy burn spells as the deck will usually poke itself down to 12 life because of the probes making it so fast burn decks can rush it to death with help from Gitaxian Probes.

Nice Idea... 53/60 cards with Cycle... Good deck, win turn 3/4 Mortal Combat also is a Win Condition but you must add more creatures...

I changed up the deck a little cause I saw that Demonic Consultation was banned in almost every format and realized that the Demonic Consultation + Unearth combo wouldn't work so I threw in a Ichor Slick cause I had one laying around and it had cycle and now I hit the sweet spot of cycle cards where I almost always win on turn 3 because I don't get trapped with drawing non-cycle cards. Of the test games I have played I am 5:1 where my only loss was because i went 5 turns with only 1 mana. It does have its weaknesses but for a budget legacy deck I am pleased with it
