lol u can but its not ment to mimic merchent its ment for mogis

check out my decks i have some good ideas he may like but as for mech type deck in magic try elves they allow some search like the gadgets do that would be modern as for standard i would try blue black white blue mostly for scry which allows u to see whts next black for like life loss to the opponent such as extort which allows u to gain life while ur opponent loses life and the white for life gain and protection and damage prevention thts my opinion anyway

for if i go up against a control player

true its a good deck though

i like the deck but jack seems risky unless u have things tht bring card back from exile

but see tht aint how she plays though i have played her in person she like surprising her opponent in the middle of the turnys lol
