Blinks cards in and out for Pandemonium to deal consistent damage over the turns. Uses fun little combos to bring powerful cards into play and keep them alive, dealing massive amounts of damage. Barrowed from an Idea by Chris Millar, then edited by me. Could always use a pricier mana base, though this one should work fine. Best combo is to use incandescent to play nova chaser, then pop saffi targeting the nova chaser. twenty damage in one turn. You could use simian spirit guides to speed up the deck, or any red or green mana excel would work.

Why no Norin the Wary? He blinks himself.

Norin the Wary IS the best card ever. The only thing in print better than Norin is his flavor on Jade Statue.
Norin is ok, but it's slow damage wise. Nova chaser is infinitely better with pandemonium.
I definitely agree, Nova Chaser = WIN. However, you could also a copy or so of Supreme Exemplar. You don't ever have to hardcast it thanks to Soulstoke and due to its evasion it can probably deal 22 damage upon entry (with pandemonium) and attack and you don't need Saffi for this situation.
If they don't have any fly block yes, Saffi is really just overkill and might be taken out, he's good if you couldn't get the exemplar or chaser attack damage through, and if they have removal you can keep your big guy alive until the combat phase begins. Though I think I'll take out the saltskitter for the supreme exemplar.
