You don't have enough land in this deck and too many cards, and quite a few cards you don't need. Get rid of sniper and douser. Put more adepts in. Get rid of sniper. Get rid of rune snag and replace with Broken Ambitions (its a counter that clashes for a possible 4 mill). If you want this deck to mill, make it mill hard. Judge of currents is nice, but summon the school is better. Gets you more merrows for Drowner. But at the minimum, get the deck down to 60, and put at least 22 lands in.

problem with blaze is that its a sorcery, and therefor does not benefit from Braids. Chronazoa would be a better creature than Epoch, since you can use braids + rift elemental to more or less make as many copies of it as you need. Jhoira is a bunk card with this deck- Gargadon's suspend is cheaper, and nothing else needs suspend of that manner. Reason I would use Gargadon's normal suspend is that it's more counters for rift to eat (and swing big). Arc Blade should be in this deck.
If you want this to go as fast as possible, I would drop the Llanowar Reborn and put in just forests. The come into play tapped is a bit of a hindrance. Also, I'd dump the Augurs for the the 2/1 Elves from Loroweyn that tap for green mana. Consider cutting the evo charms for Harmonize. Ashcoat and Rootwalla are eh creatures, but if you don't really have anything better... *shrugs* Timbermare would run better than rootwalla if you have them. Also, Battlewand Oak would work, or Imperiosaur.
I actually like the deck as is. The only thing I would consider doing is maybe cutting to three on the sudden shock, rift bolt, and tarfire, and putting in three browbeats. It will help your deck from stalling out, and with your burn heavy deck, you will draw cards.
Why would I need a pump-able Knight? The mirror entity is just that: a pump-able knight- except it makes every one of my creatures in play pump-able. Also, they'll never keep a creature on the board, whilst I can always bring mine back.
Another possibility is to replace fiery temper with Heat Shimmer. Gives you a creature of your choice, and you can sack it to Gargadon before the end of turn (double mudbuttons!).
Put Jaya in your sideboard, and replace with Mudbutton Torchrunner. That way, when you sacrifice to the gargadon, you get to do three damage to whatever. Mog Fanatic is good, but it doesn't do damage when you sack to Gragadon. Try dropping the Fiery Temper and sudden shock for lash out and Lava Axe , or even more creatures like Mog War Marshall or Siege Gang Commander. The madness combo of Jaya + fiery temper doesn't work as often as it should.
Suddens Spoiling and Terror removed- Diabolic Turtor and Prismatic lens (for mana accel) added.
To Femtex and hiddenmist- The MTG Vault deck builder only lets you put 4 copies of any card in a deck. if you noticed, I said in the deck description that the other 16 remaining cards would be relentless rats. I mean, the deck happens to be 16 cards of a full deck...shouldn't that clue you in? Coat of arms would be pointless if I get thrumming stone out, so yes, Diabolic tutor would work in the deck.
The Dawn Charms are kind of meh cards. If you had them, I'd run two WoGs and two Damnations...after all, if your Haakon goes to the graveyard, you'll be better able to rebuild your creature base better than your opponent.
If you want to keep this deck type two legal, its time to get a couple Urbogs and a couple of Terramorphics to replace the Basilica. Temporal Isolation (or the soon to be released Oblivion Ring from Llorowyn) would make good replacements for the pillorys. The signets could be replaced by coalition relics, or prismatic lenses, but I think your mana base should be fine with one more land. Then you could replace them with, say, either the black or white beacons, or intervention pacts.
No Warchiefs?
Pride of the Clouds need to be in this deck. I'd knock off a Brigadier and a Warhawk to put two in this deck, at least. Also, why would you put in the Drifting Meadows? Its the only card in this deck that makes it not Extended legal, and there are much better white mana lands, ie, the new white land from future that scrys (unless those are a proxy here until Vault gets futuresight up?).
Another creature to consider is riptide pilferer. With some infiltrator magemarks to make your creatures more or les unblockable, it would be magnificent.
You really need some hippy specs. Also, blackmail would be better than coercion, simply for its 1 mana casting cost. The phantom warriors and faceless butchers are creatures that don't mesh well with this deck. Hippy specs, dimir mages, dimir cutpurses would all suit better. Also, 19 lands in a duo colored deck is not enough.
You're headed in the right direction, though. I plan on taking my deck to regionals, soon, in Atlanta. Its fared well against Mono Green, Standard Boros, Dralnu, and its 50/50 against Pickles. Dragonstorm, I can only beat if I can get myself above 26 life using my aven riftwatchers, and I was lucky enough to pull a rough/tumble.
The abilty that causes the damage, however, is a triggered ability under YOUR control, that your opponent gets to select the target for, so cards like privilidged position, shielding plax, and light of sanction are also innefective for protecting your creatures from the damage caused when your opponent summons with pandemonium in play on your side.
A few things about pandemonium: Protection from red and CoP:Red will only protect you and your creatures from damage caused through pandemonium if, and only if, the creature your opponent summons is red. The source of the damage is the creature being summoned, and if its, say, blue, then the damage is also blue.
Some other creatures to consider with pandemonium and bounce creatures: Viashino Sandstalker, Aven Riftwatchers, whitemane lions. You would be surprised at how the lion's two mana cost makes it more useful for flash bouncing creatures than the three mana stonecloaker (which is still a great card). You may want to put both the red and white akroma in this deck, if only to have something monstrously huge and ridiculous to win you the game if all else fails.
This is my take on the flash-bounce creatures-pandemonium theme: http://www.mtgvault.com/viewdeck.php?did=1527 A couple of things, Jaya Ballard is a sideboard card in this deck, and two at the most. If you want a legendary creature that meshes well with pandemonium, go with Norin the Wary (2). Also, the Lavacore isn't as good as you think. Calciderm is actually much better, Rebuff the wicked is a sideboard card. Save it for when you actually face decks with enchantment removal.
