Wheel of Fate is legal version of Wheel of Fortune,but with suspend.
Maybe you can try Ill-Gotten Gains, much worse than Wheel,but not banned.... or you can try Barbed Shocker :) !!!
Chandra Ablaze can discard hands ;-) but her mana cost is RR4...so its very slow....
I will get out 4x Wheel of fortune and add:
2x Ill-Gotten Gains
2xWheel of Fate or 2x Barbed Shocker
It is my opinion, tests will tell you more.

And why you dont use hymn of tourach? one of the best discard card ever printed? becose of only 2 discarded cards?

Check this, i tried to make "same" deck, but with some counters to save stuff like fastbond etc. Maybe it is not necessary, but test will find out.
