So... What is this deck supposed to do? Not sure I see the theme.Also, this isn't pauper format. Pauper requires every card in the deck to be a common level rarity (or at least it must have been printed at common at some point).Perhaps you are thinking budget, which focuses on decks that cost very little to buy. though not really a format but rather a way of deck building for any format. And this deck certainly fits in the budget category.
