What are Caged Sun and Door of Destinies for? Elves are easily the best tribe at powering themselves up, you can get the same functionality, but cheaper, by running those elves. Elvish Archdruid is an EASY replacement for Caged Sun in the this deck. Same as Joraga Warcaller versus Door of Destinies. Also, Nissa without Nissa's Chosen = lolwat.

Your first two suggestions were very true, and I am not sure why I didn't think of them before, so thanks for those two, but I feel that Nissa Revane does perfectly well in a deck without Nissas Chosen in it.
Yes but your deck running perfectly "well" isn't why he advised nissa's chosen, He advised it because it will make your deck run better than perfectly "well"
Nissa's chosen doesn't belong in this deck. it's a flooder deck anyways, what does one free elf do when he already passively gets them? it is sooooo much better to just gain life than throw out one of the most conditionalized chump blockers in the game. i stand by the choice not to put him in, simply because Nissa's chosen has never, in my entire knowledge of the game EVER been a game finisher. sorry if i sound rude. i don't run chosen either and people think that is stupid, but it really isn't
I think 4x Nissa is so much... 2x is better, in my opinion. I agree with you, you don't need the Chosens! You can run this deck with only 18 lands and use the extra slots for a B plan or put cards to fetch your elves or even, put some draws spells... In the third turn your hand will be over, you need to speed up your game because there is so much mana to spend!
Well, I might be able to use Sylvan Library and Essence Warden to Draw tons of cards and gain back all the lost life, I will have to think about that one, good suggestion.
Sylvan Library is the BEST green draw spell ever printed.
There, I took out an Ezuri, a Nissa and four forests to put in three essence wardens and three Sylvan libraries. If this doesn't work, I'll just switch it back and try something different.

Yes. Use Spidersilk Armor instead Gravity Well too. The same effect in practice with a +0/+1 for all your creatures.
Nice idea, thanks!
Super-duper quick-and-awesome elvish draw engine? Taunting Elf + Infiltration Lens, especially with Ezuri out. Basically pay G to regenerate, attack with him, and draw cards equal to the number of untapped creatures target opponent has. Taunting Elf just gets better when you pump him (Wirewood Pride, Timberwatch Elf, Immaculate Magistrate) and are rgenerating him each turn. Elvish Champion for me is a sideboard card in case you need the forestwalk. I'd much rather drop an Immaculate Magistrate, drop those tokens on a Joraga Warcaller, and watch my opponent wet himself. I would also highly recommend Wirewood Pride.
Why do you have Lush Growth if youre running mono-green elves? elves are very proficient in producing any and all mana youd need. id say replace them with priest of titania or even wellwishers...or if you arent opposed to throwing a spirit in there, throw in a seedborn muse, its like quest for renewal cept its a creature and doesnt need quest tokens;) heres my elf deck if you wanna take a look at it: Plethora of Elves: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=216042 other than that though, i really like it! i could be biased because i love making elf decks but hey;) what can you do
also, im not sure if youll find it necessary or not, but you could always throw in a couple nissa's chosen just so you have a reason for nissa to just chill there;)
Sorry it took so long to reply, but i've been kinda busy lately. Anyway, the reason that I decided to put Lush Growth in here is so that I can use it on my opponents. it makes my opponents land into a forest, so I can use my elvish champion to bypass their defences. Admittedly, the card may be better as a sideboard against those who don't forests, but at least it has a purpose.
looks good, although i have to agree with OhhhSnap on the lush growth... i understand why you wouldnt use nissa's chosen, dont care too much for the card either... here is my elf deck in case you were wanting ideas http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=216380
another good combo would be with Wirewood Symbiote--return a llanowar to your hand, untap the archdruid, then play the llanowar again, triggering lys alana and essence warden.
That is a pretty fun combo, its too bad you can only use it once per turn, or it would be completely ridiculous. Even with it only being a once per turn card, it does have its place in this deck, I just don't know what I would remove for it. If you have any suggestions towards that end, I would be interested in hearing them.
It's tough, the slots are very precious here. The only thing I can come up with is -1 Forest, -1 Lys Alana, +2 Symbiote.
