Deck discussion for 4 color glory reanimater

Nice idea man. Grisly Salvage is your friend.

i was thinking about grisly salvage, but i think mulch is just a little better

Grisly gives you a choice of 5 and you can grab a creature. That option will really help this creature based deck. I also think you could drop Unburial Rites to 3 and I'm not too sure about using Faith's Reward (maybe SB). Salvage is definitely the better choice between the two.

major problem... I don't get black very fast

I assumed its the triple fiend hunter loop for all the infinite loops and I do agree grisly salvage is a bag of tricks in and of itself
Also if you find your deck racing zombies to much lingering souls is even better then normal (it retains value if milled)
Also since this is human based kessig malcontents can get there (reanimate x of them with 2-3 other humans gets instant kill

I was thinking about kessig malcontents... But if I get combo out I gain infinite life, tokens, mana of all colors, damage, and control of opponents permanents, haste to all creatures, and swinging with an infinite/infinite. all on the same turn... almost un-counterable.

I also figured whats more useful racing zombies than gnaw to the bone four 1/1 spirits or 16 life 5 mana/6 mana depends on what im facing... and how many creatures in my graveyard.

As for grisely salvage I don't get black quickly, and I like getting 1-4 lands from mulch for faithless looting usage/flashback.

And I don't race with zombies... That's impossible. I stall till I can deal with their threats aka: take control of with zealous either falkenrath (they will sack) or thundermaw which will swing with then sac or gain enough life offa huntmaster or gnaw to the bone

When I said race with zombies thier racing to kill you you just have to race to find answers (if you don't find enough quick enough then you lose that's why I use racing sorry for the terminology mix up

Well if you mean by that then i'm just trying to stall long enough with creatures like doomed traveler and huntmaster, or spells like gnaw to the bone. until i get out combo or can take care of threats for long enough...

The last one is more of a major change if you wanted to take the deck somewhere else more combo based

I only need one fiend hunter
falkenrath
angel of gr
and either zealous conscripts/huntmaster/or even doomed traveler to win the game.
infinite life/ tokens/mana/control of permanents/haste to all creatures I control

Totally didn't see the combo like that lol I know there's a fiend hunter loop somehow but not I didn't see that lol
I see lots of grave hate hate but what do you do to slaughter games naming angel of glory's rise? That's the black red side board tech
Well that an appetite for brains

then i beat their face with FALKENRATH... jk. I'm not quite sure... if they are already in graveyard its fine... but I guess it would be a little harder to do my stuff.... It would hurt forever loop... but I would side in witchbane orb... currently in sideboard

Or just nevermore the hell outta their threats
Slaughter games
Then Falkenrath
Then thundermaw hellkite

Also, when fiend hunter is sacrificed he goes to grave before his exiled card enters the battlefield aka: only reason I need one. And even without loop I can still give most decks a run for their money

To respond to appetite... If I have it in my hand I'm not doing things right... If I just drew it then its Gonna be played. If have it In starting hand faithless it to graveyard

I would also get to swing with an infinite/infinite and with 10000000 wolfs with haste.. also control all permanents on the board...

I just ran this deck at FNM today... I went 3-0-1 because of durdling!!! against a control deck with thragtusks... many many thragtusks!!! I won against two other control decks though... countering me with things like rest in peace... and even multiple dissipates. GL to anyone who wants to run this deck. I like it, and I hope you will too
