Okay, I've built 5-color decks before, and they have to either A) Have ridiculous mana accel and fixing to get 5 colors by turn 5 or 6, or: B) Be mostly artifact-based where colors don't matter. One thing I would suggest is to add 4 Lotus Cobras, darksteel ingots, and a better land base. For example, running something like exotic orchard, forbidden orchard, city of brass, rupture spire, and the vivid lands would go a long way.

What I see happening with this deck is that by turn 5 your artifacts will be so easy to play its ridiculous, but what I don't see are things to play at that time. Bascially, think of the wurmcoil engines only costing 4 mana in this deck because of everything else, so don't feel afraid to run more than 2. I would run 4, for starters. Also, a single Blightsteel / darksteel collossus would help because of your transmuters, just in case they survive a turn. Also, you have a lot of random things in this deck, like the suspender artifacts.

Also, you need removal, especially since this deck doesn't win through speed. You are going to need some inexpensive kill spells (doom blade, go for the throat, etc) to stop decks that win faster. Also, some counter spells, since you're running blue.

Card advantage is a big part of being blue, and I don't see any here. I would suggest ponder, preordain, brainstorm, or ancestral visions for starters. Also including any iterations of Jace-type Planeswalkers will help. Just a pair of Jace Belerens would go a long way in this deck.
As far as counter cards, I would still rather see either condescend or mana leak instead of daze, since against red, white, or green, Daze doesn't really do a good job. Condescend, though mana-heavy at times, will at least give you some card-fixing in a pinch. Also, look into getting two cryptic commands instead of the redirects. Redirect can be a fun card, but Cryptic command is sometimes a 4-mana win condition.
Creature wise, I can't add anything these people haven't already said. Good luck, sir XD

The only thing I would suggest is to maybe take out the vivid lands in favor of m12 duals and then use something like joiner adept (prismatic omen on a stick, rare from 5th dawn) to increase the speed of the deck slightly. Otherwise I love the deck. I might make this as a casual format.

Fantastic idea, but I wouldn't run ravager just because I would get people to hate me.

Basic Strategy For This Deck:
Energy Chambers: Use them for adding strength to your creatures, adding counters to the Reactor, counters to the chalice for mana accel, and to refuel triskelion and infused arrows for creature killing.
Paradox Haze: The second upkeep they give you help the chambers, reactor, and also allow you to gain twice as much life with the goblets.
Triskelion and Basilisk Collar: Needs no explaination.

Other Strategy: Use any unused counters to fuel the chalices - they're a great way to make the sigil of distinctions huge early in the game. Use Grinding station and skeleton shards to recycle parts from the same arcbound creatures to make something huge.
