How does it play? We're getting ready to do 2 Commander Tournament's and my wife just made a White Black deck.

If you have Mindcrank or Mindshrieker's those can be fun to side board too? Definitely agree that Mind Sculpt can help! My wife plays a few Mill decks. and I'd never heard of Twincast so thanks for the idea for her deck!
I totally understand that! Good luck!
I'm not sure what your goal here is but I'd go with 4 Mind Sculpt's, 4 Tome Scours, add a few Mind Shrieker's and maybe some Traumatize's. Maybe throw in some Mindcranks?
Dude thanks! My wife is playing a similar deck, and I see a few ideas here that might help-Undercity Informer is a card we don't have just yet. Same for Nightveil Specter.
How does it play?
Steady Progress is a nice Proliferate that also lets you draw a card.
I'll look into that!
Thanks for the input! I'll look at adding some heavier hitters to it-generally how this deck has one is I gain enough life to make the Ajani's Pridemate a much more serious threat.
Interesting? Have you played it in actual play yet?
Looks pretty cool. I see you have "hurricane" as a way of dealing with "flying" decks-but how does it hold up against decks heavily based on flying creatures? (I have an Elf deck similar to this and so far it's worse loss has been against a black Vampire/Flyer deck.)
When this deck was first posted it didn't have any black cards in it, which is why I asked about have the Isolated Chapels. I look now, and see it has both black cards, and Swamps. So it wasn't laziness-I just had the misfortune of hitting the deck prior to it's final edits.
What if you switched out the Goldnight Commander's for either Attended Knights or a Crusader of Odric?
Why the Isolated Chapel's?
If I had 4 Knight Exemplar's and 4 Mirran's they'd be in the deck! I will look at the Rider's of Gavony-I don't think I own any. I definitely don't own three Gideon's! I'll be keeping my eyes open to trade for them though! (Or snag them on the cheap!)
I'm considering pulling the Elder Cathar and replacing it with either another Armored Ascension or a Spirit Mantle.
Okay, thanks. We play a monthly "kitchen table" type tournament with a small group of friends. (We get between 9 and 12 people, including spouses and family) and one of the decks a guy is playing in this months tournament is an extraction style deck, and it's kind of the first we've run across. It's an ass kicker of a deck! I just posted up my own token generating deck but I'm always looking for great ideas!
How does it hold up against cards like Surgical Extraction, or other Sac. style decks?
I guess I'm not sure what this is for, or how it would be played? Commander is 100 cards, normal play is what 60? So why would you play 176 cards?
Ha! Thanks for the catch! I did, indeed, mean that!
