What would I do about the flashback cost's then...the chances of me milling my play set of Shimmering Grotto's would be higher. With both Shimmering Grotto and Transguild Promenade I have a higher chance of getting the mana fix I need for those flashback cost's (i.e. Deadly Allure and Unburial Rites). Plus dual land's (unless their gates) all tend to be Rares and therefore more expensive.
