Get Lantern of Insight in play ASAP and mill lands from your opponent.Destroy or return/mill those he plays from his starting hand. Counter any fetchland or big threath. Noxious Revival can give an opponent a dead draw. Jace'S Erasure and Codex Shredder can mill out an unsatisfying next draw. Scrabbling Claws will get rid of cards with unearth, dredge, flashback, retrace, and such. Use Grafdigger's Cage if his deck focuses on graveyard. Use Chalice of the Void if he uses lots of low CMC(can be tricky). Genju if he's playing with forests.
