Your objective is to get your brine elemental out followed out by your vesuvan shapeshifter. Doing so will enable you to constantly make your opponent miss their untap stage. Feel free to leave feedback and comments.
start off by getting out your Delver of secrets and transform him soon as possible to make him a 3/2 flying to either use him for an early advantage or use him to combo with Hands of Binding which also works well with Fledgling Mawcor and Deathcult Rogue. Fledgling Mawcor being more later but being able to destroy creatures with 1 toughness and also then uses the hands of binding effect (after you Cipher it.)start putting counters on Deadship reef as soon as possible so that you can play brine Elemental and the vesuvan shapeshifter as soon as possible.use your Counters spells to protect yourself and use your card draw cards to speed up your game by getting the cards you need which is the Brine elemental , enough land to summon him and the Vesuvan shapeshifter once you get this together you can constantly keep your opponent skipping there untap stage. don't forget to use your counter spells to protect your creatures from cards that could kill or exile them if they have any land to do so that is.other combos you can do in this deck is using Ovinize with the tap ability of Fledgling Mawcor which can kill almost any creature. swap out Onvinize with Devastation Tide if you are against a Hexproof deck or a deck that has lots of indestructible creatures or their game winning card is one.

I like it. I just want to point out that Hands of Binding on Fledgling Mawcor doesn't work as Cipher needs combat damage to trigger.

Doesn't that count as combat damage? If it doesn't then at least it works well with Ovinize.
Yeah, still worth having the cards but yes, Fledgling's tap ability shouldn't count as combat damage.
Okay , thanks for letting me know.
