I've always been a fan of RDW, though I haven't made one myself. The only thing I'd add are a few copies of Lightning Bolt. Maybe swap them out with your copies of Shock. They both cost [R], but Lightning Bolt does more damage. Other than that though, it looks good :)

this deck is type 2
+1 for RDWs! These are so simple yet so effective. I agree about lightning bolts, unless you're trying to keep it standard or something. Check out my demon/devils deck if you have time! http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=329995
Yeah it is standard, or i'd totes throw the lighting bolts in there
i like it although it feels like your loosing out just to play goblin grenade stromkirk noble is good also vexing devil i would also note that galvanic blast is just better than shock 99% chance it doesnt matter but that 1% it might be better also with the current metagame u need whipflare and ratchet bombs and slagstorm type cards in the sideboard
My finance plays the Noble's in her Oliva deck, http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=312026, and i don't really want to buy more. I don't see the appel of galvanic blast as I have don't have the artifacts to use the metal craft. I do think whipflare might be better than faithless looting sideboard though. thanks
Don't sideboard land. If you're going to run Rootbound Crags in order to have Grudge flashback, change your land spread to: 17x Mountain 4x Rootbound Crag Also, it seems as though your current build is trying to be a cross between Burn RDW and Kuldotha Red. I'm not sure how to reconcile the pair.
I like, that U use a lot of burn in it, way more, than it's usual in standard...
