The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Well, I got a crap ton of cards for Christmas via booster packs and a fat pack, so I put together with what I had what I hope is a well running werewolf themed deck. Let me know how you think it looks.

Well, just simple glance at the specs that showed up, I'm VERY please with the mana curve it came up with. I'm sure it will run well too.

I feel like the Low Estimated Deck Value is a little lower than is really possible. But the deck looks good.
I'd dump Gnaw and Circle of Flame; this is an Aggro deck, and those cards seem more for control decks. I suggest running removal spells, like Brimstone Volley, to kill things that are hard for your creatures to deal with, like Olivia Voldaren, Bloodline Keeper, or Fiend Hunter. Traveller's Amulet would be better in this deck than Mycosynth, but I'd probably dump all the artifacts for more removal. Also suggest side boarding Ancient Grudge.
Yeah, I really felt the need to use mycosynth more than traveller's amulet because when you look at it it's basically: pay 2 = land for both. But with mycosynth and additional sacrifice of it gives you yet another land. So for 2 cmc, you get 2 land from mycosynth while traveller's amulet only gets 1. So when you look at the overall cmc of the 2 cards, you get more out of mycosynth. And I desperately wish I had gotten more reckless waifs, but I only got one from the packs I got out of all the innistrad packs I've ever openned. :'( It is very depressing, hah. And yeah, now that I look at circle of flame, I should definitely take it out. It would only really be good if I had more of it really. :/ Would have worked great with curse of the nightly hunt for my opponents beginning creatures if I had more than just one out early on. Should definitely switch it with something more damaging. And the reason why I have gnaw to the bone is when you look at it, it does make sense with a werewolf deck. Werewolves rely on a big force of creatures coming out pressuring the opponent and having them to try and kill them off. And the way gnaw to the bone is in title and looks plus ability, it seems to try and play off of a werewolf theme "You running low on health and your creatures dying off? Well shit, here's some health for you in the amount of all creatures you have in your graveyard. - love, MTG creators" And I strongly wish that I could have gotten more mayors in though,. but I only had the one. :/ why I put in hamlet captain, to play off the whole human pumping ability, considering that there's going to be periods of time when my werewolves won't be flipped. So in the meantime while they aren't, the hamlet captain helps pump them up to defend them while they wait for the 'full moon'. And at this point of time in my magic career, I'm not much of a sideboarder XD Sometime REAL soon, I will get into it though because I know the importance that sideboarding can have, but I'm just focusing on making main decks that work without switching anything in mid-match. And considering the werewolves cards I got through packs this Christmas, I don't believe my werewolves deck is going to be at all the best out of a couple upcoming ones I shall be posting up. I got great cards for starting up a decent vampire deck, one for a decent zombie deck (which really, in Innistrad, zombies are very over-looked when you see all the possible cards you can put in. Sadly, I don't have all that I would like for a perfect zombie deck, but I can still make a wonderful one.), So we shall see how things go with upcoming decks of mine.
If you don't have a way to sacrifice Mycosynth (I don't see a way in your deck?), Traveller's Amulet is better because you can split the mana payments across turns. You can also make the second payment at the end of an opponent's turn which is also advantageous if you are holding something like Ranger's Guile and want to keep mana open for it.
Shit, you're right. XD I've never known that you weren't allowed to sacrifice anything by your own will whenever you want without the effect of an ability not upon it. Always thought it was possible to, hah. My bad. Had to google it.
this deck does need some work but you have a very good start. :) first of all there are some cards that you need more of (reckless waif and full moon's rise as well as mayor of avabruck) so you probably need to buy or trade more of these if possible. second thing is to throw out basically what Wcmille said, they just don't fit with the theme. they are okay filler right now until you get some cards that you really need. because this is an aggro deck (all werewolves are I have yet to see one that isn't) then I would suggest taking out things that you would use for the late game, instead focus on things that you would play in your first few turns or so. for example first turn is; 1 mountain and a reckless waif, it transforms after the opponents turn because s/he couldn't get any spells out, you put out a full moon's rise, attack for 4 etc . . . . . . that is the play that you would want everytime, in quick play decks which you expect you have beaten the opponent within a few turns it is best (I believe, everybody has their own opinion on this) that it is best to have at least 2 of each card in your deck. if you would like some more ideas then please look at my werewolf. it needs some work too but it works really fast (5 turn kill if things go right) looks like the startings of a great deck keep at it!
