The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

The way I see it, these colors have great removal in putrefy and abrupt decay, and the idea is tried and true as it was popular in block constructed. I know Blood Baron will be a force to be reckoned with because he's virtually immune to most removal, and all the fun scavenging versatility makes this quite powerful. However, I'm not sure on what new cards to put in, thoughtseize or elspeth or hero's downfall, etc. Whip of Erebos would have plenty of creatures to take advantage of in the graveyard but its a little counter-productive with varolz and scavenge. I think Bow of Nylea would be great as well, but I need to find spots for it. Mistcutter Hydra will definitely be sideboard.I think Ordeal of Heliod could be interesting - that 10 life could be handy from the sideboard, whereas Ordeal of Nylea could really ramp up my board and fix any mana issues I would have. Reaper of the Wilds could be interesting, though I don't think it has enough synergy with the deck. Finally, I'm not sure if I should go the large amount of creature route, or play it more like jund with more removal.
Lay down Lotleths and Smiters onto the field, then utilize Varolz's scavenge and Corpsejack menace to pile on the counters and essentially win.

Oh shit good call, I'm retarded. Well I suppose that opens a few slots, I wonder what to put in . . .
Vraska is a really good planeswalker since she can vindicate stuff and is golgari. A consideration.
Thanks, I've been looking at her because her drop is nice against decks with good board presence and her up ultimately protects her from them too. I'll try and weedle in a spot or two for her
