Looking at the deck, it looks like a nice idea. But with a few problems.

1: Your Win Condition is Helix Pinnacle. You basically need to hit it in your opening hand, or it will be quite difficult for you to win any games. Tutors of some description will help quite a bit here.

2: Black seems misplaced. Unless you wanted Black Tutors, I don't see the need for it. Rituals are only being used to speed up helix by a small amount, less than a turn's worth of Mana, as all your other cards are green, and a max of 3 CMC.

3: Primeval Titan. You have the Mana to play it. If it hits the field, you search for cloudposts, it pays itself off very quickly.

4: Expedition Map, or equivalent. Again, searches for Cloudposts.

5: Shoutout to the last post ^ Umbral Mantle.

6: 26 Lands seems a bit excessive in a Ramp deck. Maybe a few less lands, and some more Card-Drawing, or Land-Searching Spells/Abilities?

One last point, good luck. It looks like a deck that could be fun to play, and, when you win with cards like Helix Pinnacle, it's always an exciting moment =)

Hiya Ded!

When I decided to go into GW, with this deck, I just found that the Double Black cost on Obzedat was too hard to cast with such a small black splash. By the time you need the single-black's at the moment, you've often hit a Farseek or a Ranger's Path to find an Overgrown tomb to power it.

I personally love the splash for Jarad's Orders and Unburial Rites, I think I've put the main targets in the how-to-play area. Sigarda was fantastic in a match-up I had against a removal-heavy deck, and the ability to search for her in a scenario where you're losing anything else you play is invaluable. Furthermore, Rites is a fantastic follow-up to an orders, as you can bring back whatever you stuck into your grave, the singleton Deadbridge Goliath acting as a GY target when you don't have Rites.

In the end, I'm enjoying the Black splash at the moment, as the single-splash cards can give plenty of versatility and resilience to the deck, although, I'll have to play it more to see what works well. One match up I'm trying to get at the moment is this against a net-decked Selesnya aggro/midrange deck, should be fun =)

Thanks for the comment, happy playing.
