what you do is play Bloodghast , Kalastria Highborn and Vampire Aristocrat then you use Vampire Aristocrat to sack Bloodghast which will let you activate Kalastria Highborn's ability doing then 2 damage, then play a land and go again. Use mill cards to combo with Bloodchief Ascension to drain them of even more life.
