The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

A few disgusting ideas for Two Headed Giant (which is the most common format I play) Thunderstaff -- Since teams attack at the same time, the +1/+0 bonus is conferred to both my, and my allies attacking creatures. (Will be replaced by Hero of Bladehold) Soul's Attendant -- This is fairly obvious. 4 players means more creature spells. Serra Ascendant -- This is the highlight of the deck. You begin at 30 life in games of Two Headed Giant. I don't know why this never occurred to me before.. a first turn 6/6 flier with lifelink? Yes please! Leyline of Sanctity -- I can't be the target of spells or abilities my opponents control, and neither can my team! EDIT: Removed Leyline. See comments below. Replaced it with Glimmerpoint Stag. A pretty decent card in multi-player format, though just a quick fix for now.. might be something else going into the deck instead. For the most part, a defensive / life gain team player, with the possibility of dropping some heavy beaters. Even more-so once MBS is released.. Battle cry in THG? Hell yeah!

I dont think leyline works like that. It stops you being targeted but not your teammate

I could have sworn I read in the Two-Headed Giant rules that effects are shared like that.. the lasting impression was that, except for a few circumstances, when a "player" is referred, it is actually referring to the team. However, after skimming through the rules again, I see no such mention (hence nothing more than a lasting impression by the rest of the rules) I might have gotten the Leyline dealio confused with this: 810.7c As the declare attackers step begins, the active team declares attackers. If an effect of an object controlled by a defending player prohibits a creature from attacking him or her, that creature can't attack the defending team. The active team has one combined attack, and that set of attacking creatures must be legal as a whole. See rule 508.1. Example: One player in a Two-Headed Giant game controls Teferi's Moat, which says "As Teferi's Moat comes into play, choose a color." and "Creatures of the chosen color without flying can't attack you." Creatures of the chosen color without flying can't attack that player's team.
I thought you might have. Nice try though :P
