oracle errata on gatherer says it is but with play testing the land recursion wasnt worth it, deck changed.

i dont like towershell at all but with the changes made due to wormfang leaving 2 can join in, deck changed.

yea it is i should have caught that. your mono green version looks really good with the mana increasing enchantments and the enchantress to ramp the mana and spell count needed for storm.
it was fun to build the list but it's too pricey to actually own for me.
vamp tutor is a good addition these are just the cards i own. as for your deck it looks solid but i am the last person to comment on a control deck cause i never play control.
