I like this deck. I have a vampire deck but it anything but standard. http://www.mtgvault.com/sapphire616/decks/the-dark-brotherhood/
Maybe try a couple Deviant Glee?
Or Rakish Heir? Instead of the Blood Artists as it looks like you've gone for the +1/+1 side of the vampires? So that might work?

I would swap out the Bomber corps for Wojek Halberdiers as a 3/2 first strike is more useful than 1 damage. Maybe get 2 more Skyjeks?
And be careful about the Hellraiser Goblins as they can massively backfire. I was playing my friend who had them and they ended up losing him the game.
