My big fat green deck, I love it to death.

I like this deck but I also think that it is way to slow. The ramp in this deck is helping a lot but not enough. If going up against a person like me who uses speed deck alot you would have a hard time keeping the creature base that you have on the board. You should add in a Sol ring or two in place for one or two or the Lanowar Elvs it is not as easy to destory as the lanowar Elvs yet it still can be it is just harder to get the spell the get ride of it. The other plus side to the Sol ring is that it speeds you up one more turn every turn compared to the lanowar Elvs you could be playing a solring first turn then a second spell that would coast 2 colorless mana if anyone else comes up with ideas but for that first turn combo to go along with the ramp I would find a place to put in a playset of howling mine to get you through you deck faster as well as find the other vital ramp cards that you have. But I do like the build on this deck I think I will try making a ramp deck and ill get back to you with my verson of it later.

if people start saying that howling mine is not that good because of it getting your oppent speed too. in you case you should not care what they get out as much as you caring about getting the game enders that you have in that deck out, no matter what if u get those out they will die or you will die trying but you will mosty likely live through the batte if u do it right.
ths is my verson of a ramp deck not completely edited yet but I have to go to bed some time to night well now this morning lol http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=211939
@ Sapdaddy, do you want to point out to this guy that this deck is standard, or should I? This deck is pretty legit, but I would add more Skinshifters and Dungrove Elders. I'm curious as to what you do when you mana ramp with Caged Sun and Vorinclex (or both?). You might look at some card draw, like maybe infiltration lens, in order to keep your hand full since you'll have plenty of mana to use. Also, love the name. "Wicked wicked." Going for a pretty small niche, there--Junglists who play Magic?
Perhaps it's my fault, I should have mentioned that all my decks are standard - I don't see the point in playing with outdated cards. Basically the deck is rather slow, I previously had Genesis Wave and Untamed Might in there for use of the massive mana ramp from Caged Sun and/or Vorinclex - worked rather well. Now, their use is this; by the time I get a Caged sun out there's a good chance I'll have a fair few big creatures in my hand. The extra mana lets me cast them faster, or even multiple ones in one turn. It has other uses: With Asceticism, it makes regenerating very cheap - allowing me to block creatures without worry and leaves me with room to cast titanic growths. Vorinclex... well he's not just for mana ramping, he also rapes opponent mana. Did I mention he's also massive? I have fun with a 7/6 trample I am actually looking for more skinshifters and dungrove elders, there were only so many booster packs in the pre-release :) I'll update the deck as I find them. With regards to the name... hey, you recognised it ;)
Scratch that point, I forgot that I took my titanic growths out. The Caged Suns + Vorinclex work really well with Garruk's Horde, forgot to mention that!
