Legacy Zoo, ROFLSTOMP edition. This is Aggro at its purest. Hit them hard and early with Wild Nacatl or Steppe Lynx. This deck is so fast, Tarmogoyf is actually a waste of time -- he sits around as a 1/2 or a 2/3 for too many turns! If I wanted a third-turn 2/3, I'd play Loam Lion. Plated Geopede, despite being a sucky card, is a stronger creature for this manic deck; it's a 5/5 over and over again. Knight often wins you the game just by repeatedly triggering Landfall for your other critters. Once the main board clogs up, finish the job with burn. You can actually race Storm, and Progenitus is a joke. -- this deck doesn't even try to answer long-game strategies, it just outruns them. Its only hate is Qasali Pridemage, and that's only acceptable because it +1/+1s your first-turn creature. This kind of Zoo only has two "fancy" plays: * Sacrifice your nonbasic lands to the Knight and fetch basics, then play Price of Progress for the win. It's actually kind of fun to frantically sacrifice away all your nonbasics and then Price for ten points of damage. * Play a fetchland, sack for a dual land, sack *that* to Knight for a Ghost Quarter, which you use on another of your own lands to fetch a basic -- this makes your Lynxes 10/11. It's fun to have a 0/1 not get killed by a Progenitus block.
