The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
This deck is designed to completely destroy your opponents game plan by destroying their cards, countering their spells, costing them indirect damage and forcing them to discard and sacrifice their own cards.
- The Fog Bank and Royal Assassin Combination can easily deal with your opponents attacking creatures early in the game.-Counters such as Countersquall and Counterflux are a great way to ruin your opponents strategy.- Terminate and Blasphemous act can help if things go wrong on the battlefield .-End the game with huge cards like Nicol Bolas, Cruel Ultimatum and Prince of Thralls.

You don't need 4 Nikol Bolas'. Your draw ability won't suffer by loosing one or two. Having 4 suggests to me that he's crucial to your won strategy for this deck, and IMO having a planeswalker as your hinge to victory is a sure fire way of getting it to draw massive Aggro. You could use that little wiggle room of reducing its count to pop out more insurance that he stays on the battlefield.

Check out broken ambitions and aether tradewinds.
And perhaps vexing devil
I've removed two bolas's and adding some broken ambitions and vexing devils. Thanks for the help!
I also think Nicol Bolas should not be in there 4 times, 2 or 3 is enough.Grixis Grimblade and the Fire-Field Ogre don't fit your deck. You need defensive cards that buy you time, preferable some that help you ramp mana. The Grimblade could provide this defense if he ever actually gets deathtouch but which other permanent do you plan to have out? The Ogres and Specters are the only possible candidates, that's just 7 cards and both of them happen to be creatures with a toughness of 2. Don't rely on that. You seriously lack in the mana development department. 24 Lands (where alot of them come into play tapped) without any additional acelerators, fetchers or similar just won't make it. You have currently 10 (!) cards that cost 7 or more mana, most of them coloured! You also pack 7 counterspells where you need to keep your mana open. The deck is already Legacy, so you have access to all kinds of quality mana accelerators.Do you know Duel of the Planeswalkers? The Nicol Bolas deck in DotP 2013 could give you some nice ideas how to play this, especially the part with the land cycling creatures and the dudes that give you back sorceries and instants.
I agree about the lands. Dual lands that you pay life for wouldn't be a bad idea.
I've added Dragonskull summit and Drowned catacomb as a more reliable land source! while also adding some more Basic lands. I've got rid of the ogres, spectres and gri blades for fog bank and wall of frost as some reliable and cheap defensive cards. thanks for the feedback!
Undermine is banned in modern. To get the same effect, and allow your deck to be legal to play in more formats. I suggest running dissipate, dissolve, psychic strike, counterflux or Perplex, instead of undermine.
Thanks for the help!I've replaced undermine with counter flux. It's also made the deck significantly cheaper!
You need more mass removal check out slagstorm, blasphemous act, pyroclasm, consume the meek etc
Thanks for the tip!I've added blasphemous act as some mass removal if things get out if hand.
Saw nothing wrong wt this deck! It has all the elements of a great due and is well worth my while to look at!
Thanks for the support! Glad you liked the deck!
Nico Bolas can be dreaded to get out. Check out Jhoira of the Ghitu, she might be used primarily in commander but she can get Nico out as fast as turn 6.
Sorry more like turn 7 >_<. But IMO if you get good mana rocks (Gilded Lotus for instance) you can get the planeswalker on turn 5.
thanks for the great suggestion! The card seems to really suit the deck.
No problem dude, good luck.
