The ideas good, but I recommend getting rid if the birds of paradise for something like Llianwar Elves, as its cheaper, is a 1/1 instead of a 0/1 and provides the same amount of mana as you only have green in the deck. The only setback is that the elves don't have flying. You could use other mana ramp cards if you wanted aswell.

The deck looks pretty good from what I can see. The only thing I think it's missing are some big game ending cards. I believe some great ones for an elf deck are Joraga Warcaller, Ezuri, Renegade Leader and even Jagged-Scar Archers. Apart from Thai I think it's great. I like how you have stuck with good elves and not jam packed your deck with useless ones.
