this is my take on captain sisay. i think she's great fun and can be competitive with a few changes. the main deck is mostly because of my meta and I didn't want to really play hate bears against my friends. I don't think their that fun. if u play hate bears a lot more and add better ramp this deck becomes a force of nature. my version is on the verge of competitive and casual
u pretty much last out sisay turn 2,3, or 4 and get every answer u need to shut down their deck. once that's done u play ur win conditions that lock them out of any hope of winning.
