I have to somewhat agree with the Ponder here... it's great to setup your draw when you have nothing else to play, and it can easily setup that Delver to flip for you.

Actually, the Geth's Verdict will not cause three proliferations with a Precursor in play. It will however make you sacrifice a golem. Precursor is more of a Golem that is something for use in a green golem deck. The reason I say this, well, Asceticism saves your golems from harm's way. Other than that, a single Doom Blade will eat them all. Other than a Blightsteel ofcourse. Here's a link to my Shape Anew Blightsteel deck: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=204466 Maybe it can help you with some ideas.
Honestly, the Souleater can be a major kill early game. You need more targeted removal from what I'm seeing. If you plan to run with Mox Opal, make it either 1 or 3. There's no real point in having two only because of the Legendary Rule. At least with 3 in deck if you somehow get all 3 in your opening hand it _CAN_ be a turn 1 Tempered Steel. If you do remove the Souleater I personally would put in Goblin Guide. Possibly even Glint Hawk. Both strong cards for a 1 CMC
If you really wanna be a douche with the deck... you should consider adding in Solitary Confinement and Luminarch Ascension. Also, I see the "Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth" but no "Linvala, Keeper of Silence" or "Kormus Bell" Just a consideration.
Thanks for the input, I've been working on this for a while and completely forgot to add the sol right, lightning greaves and divining top... will be added shortly. Never thought of Echoing Truth against tokens... that's just plain mean! I like it. LoL
if you can get one for the deck, I would say to add an Inferno Titan. it's a rather large threat and can knock small fliers out of the air for you. Insurrection is an amazing card for this deck aswell if you can find one.
This deck is fantastic looking, everything seems solid for the format aswell.
Just lettin you know, you have two Rupture Spire in the decklist.
Very interesting, and it's totally doable. Props on coming up with this one!
I will say, I would totally remove the Haunting Echoes from this deck. Maybe a few Negate or something else in it's place. You could mainboard some Sadistic Sacrament, that card can be hell to deal with.
If you have them I would add a few Verdant Catacombs into the deck for some fetches, and maybe some Marsh Flats aswell. It'll help thin the deck a bit for your draws. Just one concept to look into, aswell, you could sideboard Kor Sanctifiers for enchantment control, cheaper than the slime but they can help.
The problem with 2 landfalls on Turn 1 means you cannot use said land to produce mana. Personally I would remove the [card]Hedron Crab[/card] all together as it's the only landfall card you have. I would exchange lands to get 4x [card]Glacial Fortress[/card] 2-3 [card]Celestial Colonnade[/card] and maybe 2 [card]Seachrome Coast[/card]. This way you have the options to run a few more cards early game, have a 4/4 Flying creature to swing with if need be, aswell you could fit in 4 new cards that you don't currently have for either Mill or extra control. Examples: [card]Negate[/card] or [card]Tome Scour[/card]
Personally I would get rid of the [card]Chandra's Spitfire[/card] and add in [card]Kuldotha Rebirth[/card]. T1: Mountain, Memnite, Signal Pest T2: Mountain, Goblin Wardriver T3: Mountain, Kuldotha Rebirth, Goblin Bushwhacker (Kicked) That's a grand total of 3x 4/1 Goblin Tokens, a 2/1 Signal Pest, a 4/2 Goblin Wardriver, and a 4/1 Goblin Bushwhacker attacking on 3rd turn. Situational but you get the idea.
Just going to put it out there... the Auriok Edgewright and Sunchasers are not Kor creatures... Whereas you could run [card]Kitesail Apprentice[/card] and [card]Armament Master[/card] which would better suit the Kor theme of the deck. I would also take out the Ogre's Cleaver in place for maybe [card]Journey to Nowhere[/card]. A [card]Sword of Feast and Famine[/card] could also increase the amount of lands you can use on any given turn. Just some thoughts. :)
I have to agree with the lack of artifacts... Also I'd like to point out that Glissa is legendary... why are you running a 4 set? LoL... Even 3 is too much in the case of Ezuri in my personal opinion. And if you have them, Verdant Catacombs would help a ton in this deck.
I believe it has been suggested, but I would say to add a [card]Basilisk Collar[/card]. This way you can at least re-gain life from the [card]Sign in Blood[/card] and keep yourself afloat if you end up with a slow open.
One thing that could improve this deck significantly would be [card]Scalding Tarn[/card]. I run a playset in my Kiln Fiend abuse deck. Don't forget you also have access to [card]Galvanic Blast[/card] in the current standard lineup. Also in some cases, [card]Combust[/card] could be added into the sideboard over the Narcolepsy. That's just my opinion there however.
I like the concept of this deck, it's pretty wild. However I'd only run 2 Tezz and 2 Vensers. Having 3 is nice and all, but can lead to dead draws you don't want. One thing you could do is throw in a couple Control cards in place, just to help with the beatdown. I always find, even in weenie decks a small assortment of well placed control cards make a huge difference. You could sideboard some [card]Go for the Throat[/card] or [card]Journey to Nowhere[/card]. Just a couple idears.
Hey, very nice deck, but the Quest for the Nihil stone is overkill methinks... if you had a couple Bloodchief Ascensions you could also gain life (although it would take a while to activate) but works well with the Megrim and Caress
Don't know about you, but I see lots of control in this deck.
