You basically want to beat down people with your persecutor and keep a way to get him out of your battlefield, bonus you get to steal the blockers or utility your opponent has. Multiple ways tyo get demon out of the way including 8x additional cost spell that work even if countered (the sacrifice will occur althought with no resulting spell since it's a cost!)
