Not legal anywhere. But it's fun to play in king's match and two-headed giant format. This is a fun deck.
The huge problem with this deck is that everything costs so much to play. I counter this by usually playing alongside a mana deck. On its own, this deck is difficult to play with. Play your smaller dragons first. Hold Kilnmouths until you have at least 3 dragons in your hand. These can be devastating when released at the right time. The other major thing is to hold Sarkhan the Mad until after Sarkhan Vol is played and killed. Two reasons: 1) Vol is infinitely more useful in the long run. His ultimate can and has proved the deciding factor in many of my matches. 2) The Mad's ultimate can be a great finishing move. I've killed 4 people in one turn with the Mad, World at War, and Hellkite Charger's ability.
