dont know if the Sphinx-Bone Wand is worth it since it drops on turn 7, but i think you should replace the fireball with comet storm. Add flame slash for a nice 1 mana 4 damage spell take out galvanic blast for it since its the same thing as burst lightning for you and dont have enough artifacts for metalcraft. Another thought would be adding reverberate.

Thank you for comment. I believe I m gonna take out the Sphinx-Bone Wand. Hope to have them killed by at least turn 7 so good point. As far as Reverberate I already have Pyromancer Ascension wouldn't really want to take up to much space for support spells instead of damage spells. For Flame slash is only on creature I was trying to stick with damage spells that I can choose to hit player or creature. I believe I am gonna leave Fireball in and put Comet Storm in for Sphinx-Bone Wand.
