The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
Since the spoilers of Eldritch Moon, I have thought that it would be a good idea to build a deck for the new combo floating around social mediaPlease note that until MTGVault includes Eldritch Moon, Tree of Redemption is in here to represent Tree of Perdition
Simply control the board state until you have Triskadekaphobia and the Tree out, then simply swap life totals and win!

If I had the cards, I'd make a deck combo'ing Triskaidekaphobia with Tainted Remedy. Something worth considering.

And if they get below the magic 13?
It's a decent backup to the Triskaidekaphobia + Tree of Perdition.
I like void shatter from oath as a solid counter, protects the combo! Man abase can use more duals, and the manlands!! Looks good though
Void Shatter is good, but if it's just for protecting the combo, I see that Turn Aside is getting reprinted. Could be worth considering. There are no standard legal manlands in colour. Remember, Tree of Redemption is being used as a place holder for Tree of Perdition.
Sorry just saw sultai and thought quagmire. Turn aside is the exact counter this deck wamts!
Triskaidewhatever and Tree of Perdition just the next set - is this how Wizards now prints cards? I mean, they've been building the decks for us for many years now but this is the height of lazyness. Yeah, okay, it's at least two cards (unlike Gitrog Monster which just combos with itself) but damn, can't they make it a BIT less obvious which cards should be played together?Sorry, just a rant, I can't really contribute to Standard decks anyway. Triskaithingymabob looks like it wants to be played in a multiplayer deck with Pox, though, which isn't Standard legal.
I'm actually surprised that the green tree combo didn't see muck (if any) modern play. But then again, Standard is a considerably weaker format
The new tree is bonkers in EDH, though. Or 2HG for that matter. My EDH buddies are cursing Tree of Perdition because it'll be yet another card that drains the fun out of that format.
I must say it looks quite decent, I like the inclusion of titi as it both stalls in a very significant way and provides a great threat if not answered, and answering it will require them to invest a turn and some resoures into it and that's not ideal either. I'd like to know how ppl decide to play against it once they know what you're up to.One change I would make is play 1 less to the slaughter seeing as how you have 6 ways to kill walkers. Not sure what to play insteasd, a languish maybe? One of my friends is going to play something similar, I'm looking forward to seeing how it will preform in our small meta.
Thing in the Ice was included as a timeless warning of "Have a back-up plan". I do wish to build this deck soon and see how it goes
Tree of Perdition comboing with Soul Separator is going to be a thing. Making someones life 1 is too good.
