This is something that I'd like to achieve in building IRL as Esper Control All advice is welcome
Control the field until you can play an AEtherling or Elspeth Sin Collector is great in the early game for some quick damage and blocker

4x Supreme Verdict. Always run four. Also Detention Sphere. Need four of that card. Also want four Sphinx's Revelation. That card is too good to not have in control. Not sure why Pilfred Plans is in here. Doesn't really do much to your opponent. Don't really need two AEtherling, I run 1X AEtherling and 1x Obzedat, Ghost Council. Essence Scatter and Negate are more sideboard cards. I suppose you could run them in the main deck but they might be dead draws on most occasions. 24 lands in a three color control deck isn't enough. I run 26 and no more than that. Control HAS to hit a land drop every turn. Why is Mana Confluence in your sideboard? Main deck it or take it out.

I always use 2 in case of mill/removal As for your other recommendations, I haven't really played contron before and don't quite know how to build it, so what can I take out for stuff like Sphinx's and Detention Sphere?
Sin Collector can come out. Voyage's End, Negate, Essence Scatter. You technically don't need Ashiok but if you want to run him then keep him in.
Made some changes. When I was versing Esper Control when M13 was still standard, people were using stuff like Auger of Bolas and I slightly remember seeing Sin Collector in one or two
I never run him. There are better cards to run. Could maybe put him in the sideboard and bring him in against control but that's about it.
