Deck Description

How to Play

Play cheap unblockable creatures and whittle them down. Call of the Nightwing and Shadow Slice to make things a bit easier though you can swap to whatever Cipher card that fits best, just remove Curiosity if necessary.

Have you considered Metropolis Sprite, Oona's Prowler and/or Latchkey Faerie?
I'd also suggest Thieves' Fortune, since it's very good for its prowl cost.

I like all of the creatures you suggested but I think they are better as alternatives. I prefer the creatures I have that are the same cost because they are unblockable instead of just flying. I guess it would depend on your meta. So far in play testing I haven't had a problem getting the cards I need with Curiosity but the Prowl cost of Thieves' Fortune is really good so I will Sideboard it for now.

Interesting, seems like more of a faerie-oriented deck but still cool. Oona is a beast.

I like the deck but it seems a little fragile...... something like boon of eribos for the regeneration to protect your lords, or some negate style effects to stop big spells might be in order..... good job dude this would defiantly do well in the budget meta!

I've got that charm but that's about it. I wouldn't know what to replace. I need at least 20 creatures and everything else is kind of integral.

This is my old rogue build. It's more about the prowl though

Very good budget deck for modern

I don't think frogtosser is really necessary. Personally I would swap him for invisible stalker. Cypher abilities on invisible stalker are incredibly over powered.

I really like the lower mana cost though because I can play 3 creatures a turn but I see what you mean. It's a sideboard thing so I'll try it out, can't hurt.

Depends on the players price range though. Not everyone can afford the original dual lands

Considering how high the curve gets, I agree. Decks that run no higher than three cmc can go as low as 18 often, but this needs at least 22

I haven't deleted any comments so I don't know what happened there. But, if I may ask, why do I need more dual lands when nothing is more than two specific mana of either colour?

I could add more land just in general as well but then my creature base would suffer. Curiosity is a must but Aqueous Form could go, though it was recommended earlier and I like it a lot.

Because in some rare cases you won't get any or more than one of a single color. If that happens then you will be in a tight spot. Say you don't draw an island for about six turns? Then what? That's where dual lands come in. As for what to replace, I'm not sure myself. Any ideas Aaron?

Sigil of sleep may be a good and cheap way of board control.

I have an Izzet deck based on unblockable creatures as well, take a look if it helps you any way:

Love this deck.. put one like it together the other day... minus True-Name Nemesis.
Added 1 more Call of the Nightwing and 2 more Triton, 3 more lands, and 3 Hand of Binding. Worked flawlessly.

Notorious Throng can be pretty amazing if you have 6 mana for a bunch of Faeries and an extra turn as a finisher. I love stinkdrinker a lot. I personally like Frogtosser Banneret, but I'm a sucker for the Lorwyn block. Knowledge Exploitation can be pretty crazy against a deck that plays a lot of instant/sorcery spells as well. Good deck though!
