The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
This deck is simple. Throw creatures into the graveyard, then drop a Cairn. If you happen to not draw him, you still have lots of creatures with good effects, so a Concerted Effort is helpful, too. Buried Alive gets your Akroma into the graveyard, and generally you'll want to dump a double-striker and a lifelinker in the process. Sometimes it's good to dump the Shrouder, as well. If you have Concerted Effort on the field, everything else you play has everything Cairn has, making them all quite dangerous.

Wow! This looks like an incredible deck! Do you actually have it made? If so, how good is it?

I made it in Magic Workstation and tried it against some of my biggest and baddest decks, and most of the time, this deck can just roll over everything in its way, though my better control decks CAN get the best of it.
Totally amazing idea--I'm impressed. Good job =] Check out my deck?: http://mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=52449
