Deck Description

I've been trying to get back into Modern Pauper again and finally get out of using Green all the time so into red.
Was originally going for a burn deck but can't run Shrapnel Blast so dropped Shard Volley as well and focused on putting more artifact creatures in instead.
Sideboard is a full switch with the artifact creatures to go for Infect as the alternate win-con.

I did consider adding Whispersilk Cloak for the Infect option, still do but decided Concussive Bolt was a better bet allowing for each creature to get through; not just the one.

How to Play

Well there's up to 40 points of direct burn damage to the face available, but most of the damage comes from all the sacrificial attackers that can be produced; any of the creatures you produce never really go away (so long as you have another creature on the field) so keep attacking and always accept creature exchanges.

Also Collateral Damage allows for instant speed transference of +1/+1 counters on top of the direct burn so makes for an interesting combat trick.

Deck discussion for Pauper Mod-Squad

I hate to say it but "Cranial Plating" is one of 7 banned cards in pauper.

Fair enough makes sense it is kind of powerful normally let alone in Pauper, ok lets grab Infiltration Lens for the draw.
