The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

When building my last EDH deck I noticed the Orochi Leafcaller a card I'd never given too much thought previously (ah when you're new to magic and don't know better), but on review free mana fixing in Green is no small thing and of course Phyrexian Obliterator came to mind.Turn 3 Obliterator in Green, sounds fair to me.
Pump up that mana for an early Obliterator or use it for the various Zenith's, with all four of the Blue Sun's you'll find drawing into Urborg to set up the Tendrils/Corrupt easy enough.Or just hit the burn for serious damage.

Why don't you go mono black with dark rituals? Instead of turn 3 it can be turn 2 possibly turn 1.

Unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately) Dark Ritual isn't legal in Modern, also with this set up it's a bit more affordable and also mono black can't access the Zenith's outside of Black Sun Zenith that is.I'm sure there are better ways to bring out the Obliterator turn 3 or earlier in Modern (Exhume no doubt), but hey for about the $120 mark I'm happy with this thus far.
My main color i use is black ill show you a deck that could give you idea's instead of relying on the snake's.If it doesn't work for you add birds of paradise in here
